Age and construction
Older homes, additions built at different times and anything with knob-and-tube, a converted attic or a finished basement take more time to work through.
Foundation type
A full walkable basement, a crawlspace or a slab each change how long the structural and plumbing portions take.
Add-on testing
Radon, sewer scope, WDI/termite, mold sampling or water quality, if you want any of them scheduled with the inspection.
